Comments: Donovan's Pub - Colgate University, inspection conducted Thursday afternoon during set-up and prep. The pub is open Wednesday thru Saturday, 5pm-1am. No hot holding at time of inspection. Donovan's Pub will be closed from tomorrow 12/21/18 thru 1/22/19 during Colgate's Winter Break. All equipment and refrigeration units were observed adequately clean. A new high temp mechanical dishwasher was installed, and operating as per manufacturer's specs. The floor mats have been removed from behind the bar observed to be clean and free of grime. All ceiling tiles are installed. The beer keg cooler was observed to be extremely clean and free of spills. Staff is complimented for cleanliness and routine.
