New floor tiles have been laid in the ice machine beverage service area in the dining room. The window sill has been fixed and additional flashing will be applied. The counter in the dining area has been replaced, and the counter and shelf at the service window is waiting to be finished during the next break from classes. Both sills and counters are going to be wrapped with stainless paneling. The dishwasher is operational as per manufacturer's specs, rinse temp observed at 181F. Hair restraints and hand barriers are worn. Prep table items found at 37F.
