Comments: 6A--Using the inspector's calibrated food testing thermometer, the "Pre-Wrapped" beef tacos were temped @ 109 degrees, 117 degrees, and 126 degrees inside the hot hold unit on the service line. Kitchen supervisor stated that the tacos were made with commercially pre cooked beef and put into hot unit ~45 minutes prior to temping. Inspector will allow for these tacos to be heated to proper temp and to be held at >=140 degrees until served to the children. Corrected. 12D--Toilet paper is not in proper dispenser in employees restroom. 12E--Hand wash sink at back of kitchen did not allow water to run when hands were in front of the sensor.
