Choking poster, cooking/reheating brochure, hand use during food prep brochure all left with owner at time of inspection. Sanitizing for cloths found to be at 100ppm at tie of inspection. Temperature sanitization of dishes adequate. In conversation, NYS Department of Health website was given to owner as resource for relevant information. Owner will notify NYS Department of Health Oneonta District Office before installing hand sink or other facility upgrades to receive approval. Plans for hand sink can be hand drawn but must be required to be submitted and approved, in writing, to this office before construction can begin.
