Correction from previous inspection sewer lines have gutter over soda storage. Operator concerns going forward: there is little storage for cardboard and recycling in the basement until pickup and he is open to new ideas. Operator also expressed interest in expanding use down stairs to making box lunches operator is instructed that walls and ceiling in area of new food prep tables would require finishing and the sewer line would require a gutter also in any area of food prep or storage.
