Temperatures measured as follows: 41 degrees meatballs, 44 degrees tomatoes, 42 degrees chicken, 44 degrees steak, 44 degrees tomatoes. Hot held soup 173 degrees. Establishment has consistent logs on each refrigerator/freezer tracking temperatures of units. New walk in cooler and new walk in freezer have been installed in basement storage area. Not yet operational nor completed. If not already done, establishment must submit plans to NYS Dept. of Health Oneonta District Office for these additions, including layout, materials used, and location.
