Comments: Observed milk containers in chest style commercial refrigerator at a temperature of 38F. Discussed with staff to keep temperature logs to document temperature of foods at time of delivery.

Lunches were all temped below 45F, but July 11 lunch and July 12 breakfast temperatures for unit were 48 and 46F respectively. Discussed turning down temperature setting of the unit and limiting time the unit is open. Employee stated walk-in was down for maintenance, but will be back up and running July 13, 2016.
