Comments: Temperatures adequate throughout. Upon employee’s request, numerous informational pamphlets were left at time of inspection. Also left information about pizza waiver. At this time, only cheese pizzas are being made ahead of time for slices and displayed. If establishment wants to expand pizza varieties that are held for orders, then it needs to contact NYS Dept. of Health concerning waiver or hot hold or cold hold pizzas.
