Comments: Reinspection to monitor issues with cleanliness cited on previous inspection. Kitchen equipment surfaces and interiors were throughly cleaned since previous inspection. Employees must keep up with routine wiping to keep dirt and grease from accumulating. In the upstairs walk in cooler the floor has been coated with a expoxy that can be cleaned, walls were scrubbed, and condenser and fans cleaned, shelving to be replaced with plastic coated wire, still on order. In the basement storage area all storage is above the floor, wooden shelves have been painted, lights are protected against breakage. Basement stairs have been cleaned since inspection, note: stairs are coated with a non skid paint. Basement wall was sealed with sheetrock in area of the drain pipe. Self closing hinges have been installed in the bathroom doors. Operator has removed most storage and clutter that was not used by food service.
