Discussed on-going issues with the thermometer in the dishwasher, the district and the service technicians are reputedly aware. The kitchen and all its equipment was observed to be maintained with high attention to detail for cleanliness. Thermometers available and installed throughout. Digital and analog stem thermometers utilized and observed at proper calibration. Pre-wrapped utensils supplied. Discussed district plan to renovate the kitchen, to include a new dishwasher, and new equipment and layout. Kitchen staff is complimented for cleanliness. |
