Hair restraints and hand barriers are worn. Discussed the on-going issue of the residual cleaning solution of the Rational Self Cooking Center leaking onto the floor after/during the self-contained cleaning cycle; the kitchen equipment representaitve and cafeteria staff are working to resolve the "leak". |
