Item 15A: Floors, walls, ceilings, not smooth, properly constructed, in disrepair, dirty surfaces Comments: Fisher Bay Restaurant re-inspection: 1) a new bucket storage shelf was installed for the ice buckets at the ice machine, 2) a new dishwasher thermometer was installed, temps measure and observed adequate, rinse observed 130F, 3) table mounted can opener was found clean, 4) significant cleaning occurred to the floors, walls, ceiling and equipment; the wall behind the cook-line and the hood and vents were professionally cleaned, and sheetrock was installed over the damaged ceiling in the kitchen, but still needs to be taped and painted. The penetration and ddoor jams to the walk-in cooler has been encased/enclosed. The ceiling exhaust fan was deep cleaned, and the wall exhaust fan was replaced. Fisher Bay is now connected to West Sullivan Sewer district. |
