Chef moved steaks into walk-in cooler, where they were placed on the bottom shelf, away from ready-to-eat foods. CORRECTED. Raw eggs in crates were found on shelf in walk in cooler above bottles of wine. Chef moved eggs to bottom shelf and wine above. CORRECTED. 8A - Labels are missing on some plastic dispensing bottles in kitchen. 12E - Paper towels are missing from dispenser at handwash sink in kitchen and employee restroom. 11A - Dishwashing machine was not sanitizing. Sanitizing tube was replaced to allow for sanitizing cycle. CORRECTED. 1D - Two cans (6lb) of fire roasted salsa were found with servere dents and dented seams. Cans were voluntarily discarded by owner. CORRECTED. 14C - Pesticide found in dry storage area in upper room. Removed from premises voluntarily by owner. CORRECTED. 15B - Light bulb under hood is burned out. 3C - Chef grated cheese to be used on salads without any barriers to prevent bare hand contact. Chef stated that some of the cheese was to be cooked, and agreed to use the cheese only for this purpose. CORRECTED. 9C - Hair is not properly restrained (no cap, hair net, etc.) 8C - Clean silverware stored with handles facing down on rack.
