Comments: Conducted a re-inspection to facility due to violations from previous inspection report of 2-23-18. Also, to check on partial kitchen remodel which was completed on 3-28-18. Regarding Item # 11 D- Interior surfaces of microwave oven have been cleaned, Item #15 A- New kitchen floor has been installed with new cove molding, Item # 15 B- New ceiling lights with protective shielding installed in kitchen. Also in kitchen, new low-temperature dish machine and 3-bay sink have been installed. Operator to obtain sanitizer test kit from supplier (Wilson's) prior to using dish machine ( chlorine test kit is available for use at 3-bay sink). Kitchen is approved for use by staff pending approval from City of Elmira Code Enforcement Officer. | ||
