Comments: New China Wok had set up a temporary food stand for the Addison Fall festival approximately 2 blocks away from their restaurant. The food was brought over in metal containers and then placed in heaters. The internal food in the heating units was 156degrees. No cold food was present. Instructed the operator to contact Mrs. Clark at the Hornell DOH Monday morning.
