Regarding Blue-Item # 8A- Cases of lettuce and bottled water were properly stored off of floor in rear kitchen and inside walk-in cooler. RE: Blue-Item # 10 B- Upper plastic tray inside of ice machine secured, is not impacting ice inside machine. RE: Blue Items # 15 A & B- Wall Surfaces near deep fryers & hood filters above deep fryers have been cleaned. RE: Blue Item # 11 D- Some storage racks inside walk-in refrigerator- some racks are not easily cleanable with rusty surfaces (other racks were clean and acceptable)- Operator stated that he will replace those racks which are rusty & not easily cleanable. A Time Table Of Compliance Date of September 21, 2017 has been established to replace storage racks inside walk-in refrigerator which are in disrepair or not cleanable. A re-inspection will be conducted after this date to determine compliance.
