Corrected. 5C Fish sticks and burritos found sitting out on cooling rackby ovens at approx. 68 dF at time of inspection. According to cook items were taken out of walkin cooler 1/2 hour ago to be reheated. Advised cook that food cannot be left out -must be kept in cooler until ready to use. Items were placed in oven to be reheated to 165 dF before service. CORRECTED
