Cook voluntarily discarded eggs and corrected 9c- cook was not wearing a hair restraint corrected 12c- cold water faucet at vegetable sink does not work also leak under vegetable sink - appears not to be draining properly corrected 2c- at 11:38am this inspector found about 15 raw hamburger patties in beverage air cooler next to lunch meats and macaroni salad. Cook moved lunch meats and salad and corrected

Cook moved to bottom shelf at time of inspection and corrected 8a- box of chips are found stored on floor corrected 9c- food prep worker is not wearing a hair restraint corrected 2e- food testing thermometeris broken reading at 20dF at room temp, another thermometer was reading at 40dF at room temperature. Another thermometer read at 25dF in ice bath. Thermometer was calibrated and corrected
