Notes only: 1. Complaint investigation conductedLog #GF-18-00240. Manager was aware of complaint and states that the dirty frappe/milkshake container had just been used to make a milkshake for a customer. The employee had not yet had a chance to take it to the dishwashing area. All dishes are washed, rinsed, and sanitized after use. No dirty containers observed at time of inspection. 2. Dishwasher is currently in disrepair. The manager has placed a part order and has scheduled the appointment for the machine to be repaired. Restaurant is currently utilizing a wash-rinse-sanitize-air dry routine to wash all dishes. Operator must supply Glens Falls District Office with a receipt of service once the dishwasher has been repaired. Business card supplied. |
