Comments: This is a re inspection as follow up to previous inspection for which red critical violations were written. Upon entry to facility observed good food handling techniques. Discussed the corrections with food service manager on site. Since previous inspection education has been provided to staff, food handlers on the use of a barrier between ready to eat foods and food workers bare hands. Also discussed room temperature food storage for potentially hazardous foods, and proper reheat and rapid cooling techniques. also discussed ill food worker policy. Under dishwasher sink wall and floor has been cleaned and repaired. Hand wash sink has been set up and equipped properly with soap, paper towels and hand wash signs. | ||
