Comments: Discussed operating as a caterer at the quality inn. Per interview all food is prepared at simply none of the cooking equipment is used at the quality inn. a small lowboy refrigerator is all that is used to cold hod food occasionally. All staff recently attended a servsafe course held by a distributor. The menu was reviewed at the time of inspection. Corrective action for the food prep sink and repeat violations was discussed.
