Comments: Re-inspection following inspection on 2/27/18. Accurate 0-220 degree F thermometer readily available at time of inspection. Sandwich cooler located at the prep line adequately measuring 45 degrees F or less at time of inspection. Food items including peppers and raw onions stored in the top portion of sandwich cooler measuring 43 degrees F. No potentially hazardous food items found stored in top portion of unit at time of inspection. Food items including sliced raw tomatoes, salami, and pickles stored in the bottom portion of sandwich cooler measuring 41 degrees F. Owner states potentially hazardous food items are only stored in the top portion of the sandwich cooler when food preparation is occurring. The potentially hazardous food items are transferred to the bottom portion of sandwich cooler or the glass door reach-in cooler when food preparation is not taking place. Accurate thermometer measuring 43 degrees F located in the sandwich cooler near the grill. Floors beneath shelving in the rear dry storage area near walk-in cooler and floors near the sandwich cooler prep station adequately clean at time of inspection. All outstanding violations to be corrected within 30 days of inspection. Owner shall contact this Department upon correction of outstanding violations. (2)

Per Mary, the ceiling was repaired but recently reopened to repair a roof leak; ceiling will be repaired again before food/service items are stored in that room.
