Comments: Reinspection conducted to determine if thermometer purchased to replace two inaccurate probe thermometers identified during inspection on 8/8/16 was appropriate. Image submitted to inspector via email appeared to be of a meat thermometer with readings starting at 200 degrees F. At reinspection, it was determined that thermometer was a roast thermometer not appropriate for monitoring cooling and cooling temperatures. Operator went back to store while inspector waited and purchased a digital probe thermometer capable of reading temperatures from 0-200 degrees F. All other items from 8/8 inspection corrected, including thorough cleaning of equipment, wires and exhaust above walk-in cooler, and replaced deli prep cooler cutting board. | ||
