Comments: Comments only: 1. Food temps were recorded at 45°F inside both top and bottom section of tall 2 door salad reach in cooler. 2. Foods were recorded in range from 45 - 46°F in top section of left side 2 door salad line cooler. Foods in bottom section were recorded between 38 - 40°F. 3. Food temperatures inside walk in cooler were recorded in range from 45 - 46°F. Back delivery door was not closed and sealed tightly. *****IMPORTANT: Must monitor the above mentioned 3 coolers closely to make sure food temperatures are kept at or below 45°F. It is recommended that the above 3 coolers be serviced so they are capable of cold holding foods at an ideal temperature range of 38 - 41°F. 4. Soap dispenser is mounted above the designated food prep sink in back prep room. No food prep was taking place in this sink at the time of the inspection. Recommend moving soap dispenser to eliminate the potential for cross contamination. 6. UV disinfection unit was reading 100%. 7. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.
