OF BLUE CHEESE DRESSING FOUND IN SMALL DELI COOLER AT TEMPS OF 56F. PER OPERATOR, BOTH BLUE CHEESE AND RANCH WERE IN COOLER FOR LESS THAN 1 HOUR AND WERE MOVED TO WALK-IN COOLER FOR FAST COOL DOWN.
