Many surfaces are dirty and/or need repair. There was no access to walk in cooler. Will inspect on next visit. In general, the entire establishment needs cleaning. Counters, floors, shelving, stairs to basement, all areas of kitchen and basement have excessive amounts of dirt, broken glass and sticky substances. Will return to inspect the week of 4/13/15.
