Pizza was uncooked and then put into oven by cashier after using hand sanitizer. Customer was concerned with chemicals in sanitizer, however sanitizer appears to be food safe when used appropriately. Inspector discussed need to still wash hands frequently and use gloves when necessary despite hand sanitizer being available. Use not seen at time of inspection. |
