Comments: The Display Cooler that had been out-of-order on the previous inspection was now functioning as expected in that macaroni salad on the top shelf was measured to be about 41 degrees F. The pizza warmer had hot dogs that were measured to be about 146 degrees F. All coolers and warmers seem to be functioning as expected. The warmer that had a burned out bulb during the previous inspection has the bulb replaced. This warmer is used only during lunch, while the Pizza Warmer is used from breakfast throughout the day.
