Walk-in cooler and prep unit, 36-40F. Handwashing was available at the prep-sink. Screen door has been repaired/replaced. Hood is adequately maintained. A new exterior hood exhaust fan has been installed. All lights are shielded. Discussed with owner/operator; need to schedule an office conference to establish a schedule of compliance due to too many failed inspections.
