Comments: Subway - Chittenango, inspection conducted Monday during lunch. All cold holding prep cooler items found at adequate temps: sliced tomatoes 38F, tuna salad 41F. Hot holding meatballs adequate, 141F. All equipment and food contact surfaces found to be maintained clean and sanitary. The wall at the dishwashing area has been fixed. Seating available for 12 customers. A floor repair project is currently underway. Discussed the cleaning routine and procedures for the beverage dispensing machine. The rear portion of the store has been addressed in regards to adequate seals on the doors, and repair of possible access for pests. The restaurant is contracted with a pest control company. Hair restraints and hand barriers are worn. Choking poster, cpr station, and permit are posted.
