Food items were brought forom main kitchen refrigerators 25 to 30 minutes prior toinspection. Removed to other refrigerator able to hold at acceptable temperature of 45 degrees F or less. Corrected and discussed. Unit not tobe used until able to hold at 45 degrees F or less.
