Comments: All food temperatures measured were within the acceptable ranges. The high temperature dishwasher was observed working in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Note: A new structure, across the river from the main building, has been constructed. As per the operator, the structure has it’s own liquor license. Based upon a file review it does not appear that a Notice of Intent was ever provided to our office regarding this food service establishment construction project. Currently the structure has no potable water and no septic system connected to it. As per the operator, they have already hosted and plan to continue hosting events such as weddings and special occasions for groups at this space across the river from the main building. Further discussion with, and approval from, our office regarding the usage of this building as part of the onsite food service operation is needed prior to any forthcoming food service activity occurring in/at this location across the river from the main building.
