Comments: The kitchen was observed to be in good condition. All surfaces were easily cleanable. No insect or rodent infestations were observed. Staff provided the proper thermometers and all refrigerators and freezers were observed to be at the proper temperatures. Fire extinguishers were observed to be up to date and properly filed. The fire system in the building which the kitchen is located was observed in trouble mode. The operator called the fire panel company and they arrived on the premises during the time of inspection. Dish/utensil storage and sanitation was observed to be proper. The proper chocking poster was observed. Inspection conducted with Andrew Kalter.
