Cold-holding open top cooler (upper compartment) raw beef 40F. // No roaches were observed during inspection, and monitor (glue) traps were observed to be empty. Monitor traps were dated 11/12/18 photo taken during inspection. Proper test strips were readily available for use. Hand-wash sink and restrooms were observed to be properly maintained. |
