Contact Richard Hess via email ( [email protected] ) or telephone ( 793-3893 ), when completed or with questions. It was observed that chlorine level in water has not been recorded since 10/3/14. this must be measured and recorded every day. Also, water testing kit can not read levels greater than 1ppm. Highly suggest obtaining scale that reads greater than 1ppm. At time of inspection chlorine level was roughly 3ppm. |
