The vending machines are supplied by American Vending Company. Daily specials are prepared in the main cafeteria then delivered to re-melt and cold-melt cafeterias. Today's menu consisted of roast pork loin, potatoes, gravy and chili. All hot holding food items temped >140F. Discussed ill food worker policy and CIAA with manager and staff.
