WHILE ON SITE FIRE DEPT FOUND A LEAK IN AN ADJACENT BUILDING. FIRE CHIEF CALLED THIS INSPECTOR AFTER THIS INSPECTOR LEFT THE SITE TO ADVISE THAT CON EDISON RED TAGGED THE RESTAURANT GAS LINE DUE TO A GAS LEAK UNDER THE WOK LINE. AT THIS TIME THE FACILITY MUST REMAIN CLOSED UNTIL CLEARED BY CON EDISON, LARCHMONT FIRE AND LARCHMONT BUILDING IF NECESSARY. AT THIS TIME THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED. 1) ALL FOODS NOT PROTECTED IN SEALED CONTAINERS MUST BE DISCARDED. 2) ALL TO GO CONTAINERS AND UTENSILS MUST BE DISCARDED. 3) ALL DISHWARE, POTS, PANS, GLASSWARE, UTENSILS MUST BE WASHED RINSED AND SANITIZED. 4) FIRE SUPRESSION SYSTEM TO BE CHARGED AND TESTED. 5) CONTRACTOR REQUIRES NEW GAS VALVE UNDER WOK LINE. 6) CONTRACTOR REQUIRES SMOKER TO BE PROPERLY VENTED TO PREVENT SENSOR FRON TRIGGERING A FALSE ALARM ONLY AFTER THE FACILITY IS GIVEN PERMISSION FROM THE FIRE SUPRESSION COMPANY CAN THE HOOD AND ALL EQUIPMENT BE CLEANED.
