Walk in cooler temperatures borderline at far end away from fan. Discussed different methods of maintaining potentially hazardous foods at or below 45 degrees during cold holding in the walk in cooler. Owner states that he is planning on installing new walk in cooler and making other renovations/changes to the business in the future. He will notify Dept. of Health before starting any work. Exterminator was hired after last inspection and no rodents or evidence of them seen at time of inspection. |
