Cold holding temperature of food items maintained in the upper portion of the deli unit observed at temperatures ranging from 39-45 degrees Fahrenheit. Commercial high temperature dishwasher operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions; wash temperature observed at 150 degrees Fahrenheit and final rinse temperature observed at 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Facility uses Bug Be Gone for pest control measures; no pest issues observed. Sink and plumbing below food preparation sink has been repaired.

Educational pamphlets provided at time of inspection.

Sanitizing solution prepared for use and stored in multiple locations. Wooden rails located in walk-in freezer have been sealed; discussed sealing shelf of cart located at bar.
