Product stem food thermometer accurate at time of inspection. Discussed floor of large walk-in refrigeration unit and the eventual need to repair/replace sections. Discussed maintaining a designated area for personal care products; lotion, hair product, etc. Discussed maintenance of exterior bar following times of use.

Outdoor bar observed; oysters not permitted for sale as per liquor authority and is the result of inadequate square footage of outdoor bar. All sinks and ice wells are adequately plumbed in outdoor bar area. Outstanding documents for outdoor bar provided by operator at time of inspection.
