Comments: Conducted re-inspection due to violations from previous inspection report of January 20, 2017. No toxic chemical items improperly stored on top of ice machine. No ice build-up near fans inside front counter make unit used to store cold potentially hazardous (TCS) foods interior temperature operating at less than 45 degrees F. Door sweep installed on exterior door which leads to outside of building near rest rooms. These previous violations have been corrected.

A Time Table of Compliance Date of February 2, 2017 has been established to correct violations listed above. A re-inspection will be conducted after this date to determine compliance.
