Comments: Follow-up to inspection of March 24. Bain-marie on service line: extra efforts have been implemented to keep the main lids closed during periods of slower service. In addition, owner has purchased individual covers for each bain-marie compartment. During visit, thermostat was found to have been on the lowest setting and was adjusted by kitchen staff during the reinspection. Temperatures within bain-marie were registering between 42 - 45F. No further violations were noted,
