The Air Temperature of the Walk-In Cooler was measured to be 34 degrees F and that of the Bain Marie was 35 degrees F. The piece of Cooked Roast Pork in the Bain Marie bottom compartment was measured to be 38.7 degrees F. Report e-mailed. |
