Chef discarded eggs immediately and voluntarily. Corrected. 8A--Squeeze bottles of liquid found on cook line are not labeled for content. 8A--Storage in walk-in cooler is not >= 6 " off of the floor, on wheeled racks, or on a solid fixed shelf. 8D--Plastic silverware found stored with food contact surfaces out, must be handle out to avoid possible contamination with food contact surfaces. Corrected 8E--Cooler by the server stand is missing a thermometer. Corrected. 10A--Absorbant towels found lining lettuce container in sandwich cooler. Removed, Corrected. 11A--Sanitizer bucket found with soap in it at bar and in kitchen. Must be seperate steps, wash--rinse--sanitize.
