They were voluntarily tossed at this time. Discussed either putting out as needed or out on ice. 9C - No hair restraints worn by the cooks. 10B -Lid of chest freezer in back room does not close fully due to ice build up in freezer. Food is still fully frozen. 12D - Cover is missing for garbage can in Ladies room.
