Fire Suppression System was inspected in June 2015 nod the rinse on the Mechanical Dish Washer has a chlorine residual of about 50 ppm. Had a brief conversation with the operator about cooling procedures. Cassie said that the new owner, James Chapman, will be taking over the operation of the cafe in a couple of weeks.
