A new sandwich top refrigeration unit was installed in the kitchen and a new hand washing sink was also installed. The abatements have been completed and the enforcement action will be closed. Food temperatures measured in the new sandwich unit were acceptable: diced tomatoes = 36°F, shredded cheese = 35.4°F. Another inspection will take place in January 2017. |

Operator indicated that this had been performed, but end sections of the painted wooden shelf appeared to not be smooth snd easily cleanable. These sections need to be smooth and impermeable such that repeated washing does not allow for water absorption inside crevices that are not currently smooth. All violations from prior inspection on 5/10/16 have been corrected except for violation 5E, Section 1 of violation 15A, and Section 2 of violation 10B. Food temperatures measured within proper temperature range included Monterey Feather Jack 44 degrees F. |
