Per interview with manager, sauces for burgers (Big Mac, Arch Deluxe, Californian, May and Tarter Sauces) were being held at room temperature for 24 hours. Statewide Waiver states theses sauces can be held at room temperature for up to 4 hours. Current sauces were removed from cooler less than four hours ago. Manager states they will adopt the four hour time until Saranac Lake District Office confirms details of statewide waiver.
