Comments: All deficiencies observed in the 1/28/2016 Inspection Report have been corrected satisfactorily. The food in both refrigerators is fresh, and the wash/rinse temperatures on the Mechanical Dishwasher was 170/196 degrees F, well above the minimums. The Dry Food Storage Shelves in the locked cabinets have been repainted and now present smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable surfaces. The operator stated that the building that Head Start is currently occupying has been sold and they may have to relocate to a different building before September 2016.
