The condenser and compressor of the refrigerated well of the service counter was being replaceded by B&B Refrigeration company at time of inspection. Thermometers are installed in all coolers. Digital stem thermometer used. Discussed the repair in progress of the wall behind the garbage disposal of the mechanical dishwasher. Dishwasher observed to be working as per manufacturer's specs. Canastota Central School is contracted with Orkin for pest management. |
